Ordering and delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders of $95 or more before taxes in Canada (the cost of workshops is excluded from free delivery).
For orders under $95, delivery fees are $15. Delivery is provided by Canada Post.
For orders delivered within Lanaudière, delivery fees are $10. Delivery is provided by Transport'heure.
What is the order processing time?
We process orders within 24 to 48 business hours.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times via Canada Post are 3 to 9 business days.
Delivery times via Transport'heure are 24 to 48 business hours.
Can I pick up my order at the studio to avoid delivery fees?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at the studio located at 5081 rang St-André southwest, St-Cuthbert, J0K 2C0. Pickup is by appointment only. We will contact you when your order is ready.
It is not possible to visit the studio or show up without an appointment as the studio is located in our home. Thank you for your understanding!
Products
Several products are out of stock; will they be back soon?
Yes! There are many products out of stock at the moment, and we apologize for this. They will be back in the fall.
The studio and our home are currently undergoing renovations. We must finish the summer with what we have left in stock. It is impossible to produce anything at this time. The studio should be ready around the beginning of September. Julie will resume soap production as soon as possible!
Workshops
Where do the workshops take place?
The workshops take place in our studio located at 5081 rang St-André southwest, St-Cuthbert, J0K 2C0.
In the event that a workshop takes place at another location, the information will be indicated on the page where you place your order.
Can I cancel my workshop registration?
It is possible to cancel your attendance at the workshop with a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within the 14 days preceding the workshop due to the difficulty of rebooking the vacancy on short notice.
Can I change the date of the workshop I am attending?
You can change workshop dates at no cost more than 14 days prior to the workshop for which you are registered. A fee of $40 will be charged if the change is made within 14 days of the workshop due to the difficulty of rebooking the vacancy on short notice.
What happens if there are not enough registrations for the workshop?
The workshop will be canceled if the minimum number of registrations is not met. You will be able to receive a refund or reschedule your workshop for another date if possible.
Do you offer workshops elsewhere?
Julie can travel to provide workshops. She offers soap making and cream and lotion making workshops at home. It is also possible to travel if you wish to offer a workshop to your clientele. If necessary, Julie can adapt the workshops. For more information, write to us.
In-home workshops
Do you travel anywhere?
We travel within a radius of approximately 75km from our home (roughly delimited by Repentigny to the west, St-Zénon to the north, Trois-Rivières to the east, and the St. Lawrence River to the south).
We can travel further than 75km, though travel fees may apply. Contact us here to find out if travel fees apply.
Can the workshop be held anywhere?
The workshop is ideally held in a kitchen, as depending on the number of participants, we may need your stove. Make sure you have enough space to accommodate everyone participating in the workshop as well as the equipment. We can provide folding tables if needed.
We must have access to at least 2 different power outlets.
Do I have to provide materials?
No, Julie arrives with all necessary materials. Only your stove might be required depending on the number of people present.
Once I have placed my order for the in-home workshop, how do I find out when it will take place?
We will contact you to schedule the ideal time for the workshop! The time you selected may not correspond with our availability, but we will do everything possible to ensure that does not happen.
Is it possible to host a workshop for a group of more than 6 people?
